4. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel services with a notice period as outlined in their service agreement. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

Cancellation Fees: Applicable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the scheduled service date.
Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
